While feeling better & picking up hobbies: I’m thrilled to share some exciting news with you: My blog has a new home!
Recently, an idea struck me—a cooler domain name! Hence, I’ve shifted the blog from Eyeteebee.com to ITB4x.com! This one has a meaning as well. Curious about the name change? Here’s the breakdown:
- IT symbolizes Information Technology – the thing that I do for work and as my hobby
- B stand for Behrad – that’s me!
- 4 denotes “for.”
- X embodies an exchange – a place to exchange knowledge
So basically ITB4x mirrors my passion for sharing insights into IT, smart home innovations, tech-related stuff and other things which I like to share.
While the domain has changed, the essence of my blog remains unchanged – a place where I share my tech discoveries and experiences. Just like EyeTeeBee.com but I like the sound of ITB4x just a little bit more! 😉
In the meantime I’ve set the necessary 301 redirects towards ITB4x.com so none of the previous post would go to “waste” in the SEO world as this 301 redirect help search engines pass the SEO power of he old URL to the new URL!
While the actual move was rather easy, with this change, the upcoming challenge lies in creating a new logo and implementing further updates on the website. Maybe I should’ve started with the logo; draw the rest around it? Hmmmm…Oh well, guess we’ll figure it out as we go!
